Do you want to work at the heart of community sports and contribute to a safe and developing sports environment? Högaborgs BK is now looking for an administrative assistant at 50% who will be the hub of our operations. The position is permanent but with a six-month probationary period.

About the role

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the association and be the link between members, leaders, the board, and external stakeholders. You will manage the association's administration, communication, and internal routines, ensuring that operations run smoothly and our leaders and members receive the best possible support. You contribute with structure and order and assist in coordinating various development initiatives, activities, and events. You will work closely with the board and the youth coordinator. The tasks include:

Administration

  • Membership register, fees, attendance, and LOK support
  • Grant applications
  • Documents, lists, and schedules

Communication

  • Contact person for members and guardians
  • Email, phone, website, and social media

Support for operations

  • Coordination of training times and bookings
  • Support for coaches and teams
  • Assistance during matches, tournaments, and events
  • Basic maintenance of the clubhouse

Finance (basic level)

  • Basic bookkeeping and invoices
  • Ordering materials

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Solution-focused and flexible: You see opportunities in challenges, find practical solutions, and enjoy varied tasks.

Working hours: Daytime and possibly weekends during events may occur.
